Konami's developers have shared updates on the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake, aiming for a 2025 release. Producer Noriaki Okamura emphasized the studio's commitment to delivering a high-quality game that meets fan expectations.
Okamura stated in a 4Gamer interview that the focus for 2025 is completing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. While the game is playable from start to finish, the team is using the remaining time to polish details and enhance the overall quality.
Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but the game is now confirmed for 2025, according to studio sources. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
The remake promises to retain the essence of the original while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and enhanced visuals. Okamura also highlighted the addition of new features designed to improve the overall gaming experience.
