Sony hat den PlayStation Plus-Spielkatalog für März 2025 vorgestellt und die Auswahl an PS5-, PS4- und Klassiker-Titeln detailliert beschrieben, die Abonnenten zum Download zur Verfügung stehen.
Laut dem PlayStation Blog erhalten Abonnenten der Extra-Stufe in diesem Monat Zugang zu acht Titeln, darunter UFC 5, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown und Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions.
Abonnenten der Premium-Stufe erhalten im März hingegen vier Titel: Arcade Paradise VR für PSVR2 und die klassische FromSoftware-Trilogie: Armored Core, Armored Core: Project Phantasma und Armored Core: Master of Arena.

Sony hat angekündigt, dass ab Januar 2026 PS4-Spiele schrittweise aus den monatlichen PlayStation Plus Essentials-Spielen und dem Spielkatalog entfernt werden, wobei der Fokus primär auf PS5-Titeln liegt.
„Während wir auf PS5 umsteigen, werden PS4-Spiele ein weniger zentraler Vorteil sein und nur noch gelegentlich in den PlayStation Plus Monatlichen Spielen und im Spielkatalog erscheinen“, so Sony. Diese Änderung wirkt sich nicht auf bereits beanspruchte monatliche Titel aus, allerdings bleiben Titel im Spielkatalog „spielbar, bis sie während der monatlichen Aktualisierung entfernt werden“.
„Wir sind bestrebt, das PlayStation Plus-Erlebnis zu verbessern und Vorteile wie exklusive Rabatte, Online-Multiplayer-Zugang, Cloud-Speicher für Spielstände und mehr zu optimieren“, fuhr Sony fort. „Da sich unser Fokus auf PS5 verlagert, freuen wir uns, Ihnen jeden Monat neue PS5-Titel zum Genießen vorstellen zu können.“
