L'anticipation de Dune: Awakening , le MMO de survie basé sur les films acclamés de Denis Villeneuve, atteint la fièvre. Funcom a confirmé la date de lancement du PC: 20 mai! Les joueurs de la console devront attendre un peu plus longtemps, mais la bande-annonce de gameplay nouvellement publiée offre un aperçu alléchant de ce qui va arriver.

La bande-annonce met en valeur les principales caractéristiques du jeu: le paysage du désert du dure Arrakis, les rencontres de combat intenses, les mécanismes de construction de base et les vers de sable emblématiques. C'est tout ce qu'un fan dune pourrait espérer.

Les joueurs assument le rôle d'un prisonnier à Arrakis, commençant leur voyage avec une évasion de la captivité. Leur mission? Pour démêler le mystère entourant les Fremen disparus.

Pour se préparer au Jour du lancement, Funcom a soigneusement fourni un outil de référence et un créateur de personnages. Cela permet aux joueurs PC d'optimiser leurs paramètres en jeu et de rédiger leur personnage parfait à l'avance, garantissant une expérience de lancement en douceur.
