Royal Petrol gas station loyalty program

The company Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fuel station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - a loyalty program designed for both existing and new customers of the Royal Petrol gas station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company rewards Participants for their purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), providing special discounts, and offering tailored promotions based on participant interests.

Rules - these terms and conditions govern the loyalty program for all members.

Participant - an individual, aged 14 or older, who is legally permitted to make everyday retail transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Participants must be residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a valid individual identification number.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - personal information provided by an individual during Program registration. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily consents to the Company processing their personal data, in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection". Processing methods include organizing promotional communications via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. This consent remains valid until formally withdrawn in writing by the Participant.

Virtual Card - a digital card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Site - the Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which provides information about the Program.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software developed for iOS and Android devices, such as smartphones and tablets. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - reward units awarded by the Company when a Participant makes qualifying purchases at Royal Petrol stations. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 Kazakhstani Tenge under the Program terms. Bonuses can only be redeemed for products at Royal Petrol gas stations.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a record within the Program Database that tracks the Participant's earned, spent, and current bonus balance.
