Adventure RPG with Food Souls The Tale of Food Announces Shutdown

The Tale of Food, a unique RPG adventure management game that brought personified food characters to life, is set to close its doors. Initially launched in China for a closed beta in September 2019 and later distributed by Tencent Games, this engaging game is now preparing for its final chapter. When Is the The Tale of Food Shutdown?

The game, where players could command an army of charming, personified dishes, will officially shut down on March 20th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). As of February 18th, 2025, in-game purchases have been disabled. Additionally, new player registration has been halted from the same date, and the game has been delisted from the Google Play Store. However, if you've already downloaded the game, you can continue to enjoy it until the servers close on March 20th.
