Level Up Your Sinners in Limbus Company: A Guide to Efficient XP Gain

Your Sinners' levels directly impact their combat prowess in Limbus Company. This guide outlines effective strategies for leveling up your team and tackling challenging content. Even top-tier Sinners will struggle against higher-level enemies.

With anticipated releases like Ananta and Neverness To Everness on the horizon, the desire for a stylish, non-gacha anime game is understandable. While HoYoVerse titles fill a similar niche, a AAA experience without gacha mechanics would be welcome.

Combat and Grinding

Initially, XP is primarily earned through combat. All team Sinners gain XP upon clearing battles, even non-participants, though active combatants receive more. However, this method proves slow, particularly as difficulty increases.

Progressing to the mid-point of Canto 2 unlocks Luxcavation mode. This allows you to challenge specific enemies for various rewards, including valuable XP and consumable leveling items.

Utilizing Consumable Items

Level Boost Tickets and Identity Training Tickets offer alternatives to grinding. These consumables expedite the leveling process.

Identity Training Tickets

These tickets provide a fixed amount of Identity XP, functioning similarly to level-up materials in other gacha games (e.g., Honkai Star Rail, Genshin Impact). While effective for reducing grinding, maximizing a single character requires numerous tickets. Four tiers exist, each offering increased XP:

  • Identity Training Ticket I: 50 Identity XP
  • Identity Training Ticket II: 200 Identity XP
  • Identity Training Ticket III: 1000 Identity XP
  • Identity Training Ticket IV: 3000 Identity XP

Acquisition methods include farming EXP Luxcavation stages, Limbus Passes (both free and paid), and periodic attendance events.

Level Boost Tickets

Level Boost Tickets instantly raise a Sinner's Identity to a specific level, proving far more efficient than Training Tickets. However, they are considerably rarer, primarily obtained through the Limbus Pass and occasional attendance events; they cannot be farmed. Levels achieved per ticket are:

  • Level Boost Ticket I: Level 10
  • Level Boost Ticket II: Level 20
  • Level Boost Ticket III: Level 30
  • Level Boost Ticket IV: Level 40

The maximum Identity level is 50. Strategic use of both Level Boost and Identity Training Tickets is recommended for efficient multi-character leveling.

To use consumables, navigate to the Sinners menu and long-press the portrait of the target Sinner.
