Ghosts harboring resentment towards Serena have dragged her soul into this otherworldly realm, threatening to imprison her forever within a landscape echoing her real-life memories.

Prepare to face a diverse cast of characters from the Hanging Ties universe: Serena, Monika, Rakita, Van, Paramitas, and Muktar, all battling a terrifying array of ghosts. These spectral adversaries include:

• Haunted School: Ghostly students (boys and girls), a teacher, gym teacher, and security guard.
• Haunted Hospital: A police officer, operation officer, Needle Sister, Ngesot Sister, and a ghostly patient.
• Haunted Cave: Skeletons, bats, Buto Ijo, a sneaky pig ghost, and a leaking face.
• Challenge Mode: Children's ghosts, a Latto-Latto ghost, Miksue's ghost, a red Kuntilanak, a red Serena, and a clown-faced Monika.
