ARK: Survival Ascended's Extended Content Roadmap Unveiled
Studio Wildcard has released an updated content roadmap for ARK: Survival Ascended, detailing a substantial amount of content planned through late 2026. This roadmap follows the early access launch of the ARK: Survival Evolved remaster in November 2023.
Key highlights of the roadmap include:
Unreal Engine 5.5 Upgrade (March 2025): This significant update will bring substantial performance improvements and reinstate Nvidia's frame generation. It also paves the way for individual DLC map downloads, reducing the overall game size.
New Maps and Creatures: The roadmap outlines the release of several new maps, both free and paid:
Fantastic Tames: A total of five new Fantastic Tames are planned, spread throughout 2025 and 2026.
The roadmap focuses on significant additions, such as the UE5 upgrade and the remastered Genesis expansions.
