Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features

A Bigger and Better Beta
As reported by Niche Gamer on December 25, 2024, the mid-January beta test will feature expanded gameplay and a larger roster of 15 playable characters, including two Endministrators. Expect updated models, animations, and special effects. Players can also select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.
Registration opened December 14, 2024. Developer HYPERGRYPH has incorporated player feedback, resulting in refined combat mechanics, including new combo skills and a dodge system. Item usage and character progression have also been adjusted for a more engaging experience.
The base building system receives a significant overhaul, introducing new mechanics and tutorial levels. Expect new defensive structures and the ability to construct and expand factories via outposts. The storyline, maps, and puzzles have also been reworked.
While registration is currently open, the recruitment deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced. Selected participants will receive an email notification from publisher GRYPHLINE, including installation instructions.

Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1
Launched concurrently with the beta test announcement on December 14, 2024, is the Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1. Selected creators gain access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events.
The program accepts two content categories: gameplay insights (reviews, lore discussions, livestreams, etc.) and fan creations (memes, fanart, cosplays, etc.). Both categories share the same requirements: original content, account ownership by the applicant, and submission of links to previous work.
Remember, meeting the requirements doesn't guarantee acceptance. GRYPHLINE retains the final selection authority. Applications were accepted from December 15, 2024, to December 29, 2024.
