Initially known for its Windows-based handheld gaming PCs, Ayaneo has now expanded its portfolio to include compelling Android-based hardware.
The two new devices are the Ayaneo Gaming Pad, an innovative Android gaming tablet, and the Ayaneo Pocket S2, a sleek new handheld. Both are powered by the cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 platform, marking them as pioneers in utilizing this powerful hardware. This platform promises significant boosts in both CPU and GPU performance compared to its predecessor.
The Ayaneo Gaming Pad features an 8.3-inch LCD screen with a high-resolution 1440p display and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It supports advanced gaming features like hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Snapdragon Game Super Resolution. Additionally, it offers Wi-Fi 7 connectivity for superior online gaming experiences. The tablet boasts a premium build with a glass back and a CNC-machined metal frame, alongside impressive camera capabilities with a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP front-facing camera.
The Ayaneo Pocket S2, on the other hand, sports a 6.3-inch 1440p display and is equipped with advanced gaming controls including an upgraded Hall-effect joystick, linear triggers, and dual X-axis motors for enhanced haptic feedback. It runs on Ayaneo’s proprietary gaming software, AyaSpace and AyaHome, which provide extensive options for game management and customization. Like the Gaming Pad, it leverages the Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 platform for improved energy efficiency and performance, including hardware-accelerated ray tracing.
