The Emergence mission in Black Ops 6, a pivotal point in the acclaimed Call of Duty campaign, presents a significant departure from traditional gameplay. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a toxic gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await. A mannequin holding the Yellow card will transform into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from the abomination's remains.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the phone; you'll need to locate four documents and place them in the file display area.

While collecting documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and one in the cafe), strategically sprint to maintain distance from pursuing mannequins that freeze when you turn. After placing all documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the glass chamber with camera stands. Interacting with the Blue Card spawns a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure it out and eliminate it to obtain the card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight-revealed code.

Activate the console, triggering a 25-second timer to turn drain switches (one in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via grappling hook). After draining the water, pursue the escaping Mangler and defeat it and its horde to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator to the top floor. A cinematic sequence leads to a confrontation with the Disciple and numerous zombies in the BioTech room. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence revealing the true nature of the events.
