Botany Manor, the critically acclaimed puzzle game, will finally bloom on PlayStation consoles on January 28th, 2025. Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PS4 and PS5 versions were delayed to allow for further refinement and polish.
Originally launched in April 2024 on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise for its charming aesthetic, engaging puzzles, and relaxing gameplay. Its strong reception, including an 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic, solidified its position as a top-tier puzzler of 2024.
Publisher Whitethorn Games announced the January 28th release date on January 9th, 2025, fulfilling their earlier promise to provide a revised launch window. While the date is now confirmed, a PlayStation Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-orders are not currently available.
The PlayStation version is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms. Like its counterparts, it will be a one-time purchase with no microtransactions. The digital soundtrack, available separately on Steam, is unlikely to be offered on the PlayStation Store.
With its arrival on PlayStation, Botany Manor completes its cross-platform release across all initially announced platforms. The developers at Balloon Studios have yet to announce their next project.
January 28th, 2025 will be a busy day for PlayStation gamers, also seeing the release of Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness.
