Bruxish, Special Flabebe Join Pokemon Go's Festival of Colors

Apr 16,2025 Author: Chloe

If you're still buzzing from all the excitement of Pokémon Day 2025, get ready for more thrills as Niantic brings back the Festival of Colors to Pokémon Go. Mark your calendars for March 13th to 17th, when this colorful event will light up your screens with delightful surprises at PokeStops and exclusive event bonuses that no Trainer would want to miss.

During the event, your Lure Modules will last an impressive three hours, providing ample opportunity to catch Pokémon. And for those who enjoy the quirky side of Pokémon, Bruxish will be making more frequent appearances when you use Incense. While I personally find Bruxish a bit on the creepy side—reminiscent of a piranha crossed with an angler fish—it's a golden opportunity for fans of unique fishy creatures to add them to their collection.

Keep an eye out for regional variations of Flabébé as well. Depending on where you are, you might encounter Flabébé in different colors, and if luck is on your side, you could even spot the rare White Flower Flabébé and Orange Flower Flabébé in the wild.

Don't let those Field Research tasks go to waste—complete them to earn heaps of Stardust. Plus, with Timed Research, you'll be rewarded with Incense, Four Rare Candies, and encounters with event-themed Pokémon, among other goodies. Trainers in India can look forward to special regional bonuses too!

While you're at it, why not enhance your experience by checking out our list of Pokémon Go codes for some extra perks?

To dive into all the fun, download Pokémon Go from the App Store or Google Play. It's free-to-play, with optional in-app purchases to enrich your gameplay.

Stay in the loop by joining the community on the official Pokémon Go Facebook page, or visit the official website for more details. And for a sneak peek at the event's vibrant atmosphere, take a look at the embedded clip above.
