Get ready, *Clash of Clans* enthusiasts! A groundbreaking update is on the horizon for March 2025, one that promises to transform the game in ways players have been clamoring for. This update is set to be one of the most impactful in the game's history, introducing major changes and phasing out several existing features.
Imagine being able to launch back-to-back attacks without any wait times. The upcoming update will eliminate troop, spell, and siege machine training times, making your battles feel more dynamic and fast-paced than ever before. Additionally, hero recovery times are being removed, ensuring your heroes are always ready for action. This change will apply to players in Titan League and below, while Legend League will retain its eight-battle limit per day for the time being.
This shift is part of a broader move by Supercell to remove outdated mechanics from *Clash of Clans*. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, the elimination of training times further empowers players to engage with the game without artificial barriers.
Alongside these changes, Training Potions and Training Treats will be phased out as they become obsolete. They will be removed from in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining items in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
When there aren’t enough real bases to attack, the new Match Anytime system will come into play, allowing you to engage with snapshot bases. These are saved versions of real player bases that are currently under Shield. These battles will function just like regular ones, allowing you to earn loot and trophies, but the defending player won’t lose anything. This system, already used in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, is now expanding to multiplayer battles.
With the increase in battles per session, adjustments are being made to Trophy Curves. The number of trophies earned from victories will be reduced to balance out the changes. Furthermore, Clan Castle request timers will be standardized at 10 minutes for all players.
