The Premise:

One hundred detectives compete in a mysterious contest to solve intricate crimes devised by cunning criminals. The grand prize? A million dollars and a life-altering opportunity. However, if a criminal triumphs, they also receive a million dollars and parole, regardless of their criminal record. Methods 4: The Best Detective covers Chapters 61-85 of this gripping narrative.

Where the Story Stands:

Following The Invisible Man, detectives Ashdown and Woes successfully completed Stage Four. This victory, however, presents a new set of problems for the enigmatic Gamemasters, forcing them to navigate their hidden agendas and emerging challenges. Simultaneously, Haney works to expose their scheme, Catscratcher wreaks havoc, and the even more complex Stage Five approaches.

Gameplay remains consistent with previous installments, involving crime scene investigation, evidence analysis, and multiple-choice challenges. Expect over 25 interactive crime scenes, a compelling storyline, and the signature Methods art style.
