The Plasma Burst Laser, a new addition to the Lawless season, is perfect for breaching Vaults scattered across the map. However, as an Epic item, it's not readily available. Your best bet is searching POIs with Vaults, like Crime City, known for its Go Bags and Chests. Alternatively, two Black Markets sell the Plasma Burst Laser for 600 Gold. While one is south of Seaport City, the Black Market near Magic Mosses is more strategically located for the next challenge, which requires returning to Joss's lab.

Collecting Mineral Samples Using the Plasma Burst Laser
With your Epic Plasma Burst Laser acquired, find a destructible stone structure. Note that not all stone structures work; you need one that can be broken with your Pickaxe. Aim your Plasma Burst Laser at the chosen stone and fire. Once destroyed, a small rock containing the mineral samples will appear on the ground. Interact with it to collect the samples and complete the quest. The game will then guide you back to Joss's lab for analysis. Interact with the designated spot in her lab to earn more XP and conclude the Wanted: Joss Outlaw Quests.
