Suzerain, the acclaimed narrative government simulation game, is gearing up for its 4th anniversary with a significant mobile relaunch scheduled for December 11th, 2024. Instead of typical anniversary celebrations, Torpor Games is set to redefine the mobile gaming experience for Suzerain enthusiasts.
In Suzerain, players take on the role of the president of Sordland, a fictional nation, navigating through complex political landscapes and making tough decisions. Originally launched on Android in December 2022, the game is now expanding its horizons with this relaunch.
With the relaunch, mobile players will have access to the full narrative content available to PC players, including the politics of both the Republic of Sordland and the newly introduced Kingdom of Rizia. This expansion promises a richer and more immersive experience for mobile gamers.
Two exciting new features, Political Influence Levels and Story Points, are being introduced. These allow players to progress more quickly by earning XP through daily challenges and achievements. Higher levels unlock greater rewards, facilitating access to more story content. Additionally, a new cloud save system will ensure your decisions are securely stored on mobile, although cross-platform saves are not yet available. Pricing for the story packs includes $19.99 for The Republic of Sordland and $14.99 for The Kingdom of Rizia.
Suzerain is adopting a freemium model for its mobile relaunch, allowing players to enjoy the game for free by watching ads and earning Story Points. For those who prefer an ad-free experience, premium story packs are available for purchase. Subscription options are also offered, ranging from a day to a month, with a Lifetime Pass available to unlock all content permanently without ads.
