Nu Udra is a challenging monster to defeat in *Monster Hunter Wilds*. Its massive tentacles give it a wide reach, complicating dodging efforts. However, these tentacles are the closest limbs that melee weapon users can target. Severing its arms not only provides extra materials but also limits its attack range. Be cautious, as these limbs are potent weapons in Nu Udra's arsenal.

For players using ranged weapons, multiple targets are available, but the mouth is the prime spot to attack. Its location can be elusive due to Nu Udra's nearly pitch-black skin. Once trapped, quickly use a Tranquilizer to put it to sleep; you have only about five seconds before it breaks free.
