Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Fountain of Confession Puzzle Guide

Master the Fountain of Confession Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle! This guide details the solution to this intricate Vatican-based puzzle, unlocking the mystery of the giants.

Accessing the Puzzle:

Following the Sacred Wounds puzzle, Indy uses the scroll from the Giant's tomb to locate the Fountain of Confession. Exit Antonio's office (as in the Sacred Wounds mission) and use your journal map to find the courtyard stairs leading to the fountain.

Stage 1: The Dragon Statues:

Retrieve the fountain key from the chest near the construction area. This unlocks the storage room. Use your whip to reach the rooftop, then swing to the fountain's top. You'll find two dragon statues. Swing to the second statue, grab its claw to activate a lever, and rotate the statue to face its counterpart. Repeat for the other statue (its claw will be missing).

The missing claw is on the scaffolding below. Rappel down; Gina Lombardi will interrupt, causing a fall and assisting you afterward. Retrieve the claw.

Place the claw, rotate the statue, and the fountain statue below will turn.

Stage 2: The Wall Puzzles:

Use your whip to pull the fountain statue, revealing a gate blocked by three statues. A lever appears; Indy and Gina activate it, revealing the first puzzle (a baptism scene). Use the inscriptions for clues. Move the male statue under the water bucket, activate the water mechanism, and push the statue to "baptize" the smaller one.

Reactivate the lever for the second puzzle (moving stone layers to reposition an angel). Use the handles to guide the angel to the right side.

Finally, push the remaining central statue through the gate to unlock a spiral stairway.
