How to Solve All Password and Padlock Combinations in Lost Records: Bloom and Rage

In Lost Records: Bloom and Rage, up to the end of Tape 1, you'll encounter three lock-related puzzles. Should additional puzzles appear in Tape 2, set to release in April 2025, this guide will be updated to include those solutions.

If you miss solving a puzzle early on, like the Corey and Dylan love lock in Tape 1, you can always revisit it using the game's Scene Selection menu. Additionally, the Collectible Mode allows you to gather missed items without impacting your story progression.

Corey and Dylan Lovelock in Scene 10 (Lights, Camera, Action!)

The first padlock puzzle appears in Scene 10 of Tape 1, known as 'Lights, Camera, Action!'. After completing the Forest Girls Memoir, proceed through the park by navigating between two large boulders. You'll then pass a wire fence adorned with "love locks" from young couples, one of which belongs to Corey and Dylan.

To unlock their lock as a playful act, you'll need the correct four-digit code. This code isn't immediately available; you'll find the hint in Scene 24, near the end of Tape 1. Look inside Corey’s Bag on his bike in the parking lot for a Polaroid photo with a caption indicating their anniversary date: August 27, 1994. Use the Scene Selection Menu and Collectible Mode to return to Scene 10, input the code 0827 at the fence, and unlock the 'Heartbreak' achievement/trophy.

Cabin Padlock in Scene 13 (Cabin in the Woods)

The second padlock puzzle is in Scene 13 of Tape 1, titled 'Cabin in the Woods'. After discovering the cabin in the dark woods, Swann needs to solve the padlock on the front door to escape and continue the story. Start by examining the Old Sheet on the wooden beam for visual hints on the lock's four dials. The first dial is already set; focus on the other three.

For the second symbol, head to the kitchen area, look up to find the trapdoor to the attic, and pull the rope handle to enter. Inside, turn around to see a crescent moon symbol on the far wall.

For the third symbol, still in the kitchen, examine the can furthest to the left on the stove, covered in spider webs. Flip it over to find a leaf symbol on the bottom.

For the fourth and final symbol, examine the bear trap on the back wall. When it snaps shut, it reveals a star symbol etched on the wood behind it.

Return to the front door and input these symbols to unlock it, allowing Swann and the others to proceed with the story.

Blue Spruce Bar Gate Padlock in Scene 24 (Riot Grrrls)

The final padlock puzzle is in Scene 24 of Tape 1, titled 'Riot Grrrls'. As the girls prepare for their concert at Blue Spruce Bar, they need to find a power source. Follow Autumn and Kat to the gate on the left side of the parking lot, where you'll find a padlock requiring a sequence of cardinal directions.

The solution is nearby. Examine Corey’s bike in front of the bar and look inside the bag for a Pager. Flip over the slip of paper attached to it to reveal a sequence of arrows, which is your key to unlocking the gate.

Return to the gate, input the sequence, and gain access to the employee area, where you can find essential items like the Extension Cord, Power Outlet, and Breaker Panel to restore the power.
