Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo
New Kameo Fighter
The official trailer for Mortal Kombat 1's latest addition, Madam Bo, has been released. This formidable owner of Fengjian Teahouse is set to join the roster as a Kameo fighter on March 18th, 2025, as part of the Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion. Alongside her, the chilling T-1000 from Terminator 2 will make its debut as a guest character.
Before her role as an assist character, Madam Bo appeared in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. She was initially defeated by Lin Kuei assassin Smoke, but this was a clever ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Despite her age, Madam Bo is a skilled martial artist and former Lin Kuei associate, who mentored Raiden and Kung Lao.

In the gameplay footage, Madam Bo demonstrates her prowess by assisting her pupils with powerful kicks and punches. Her unique moves include smashing glass bottles and a spectacular fatality where she decapitates her opponent, catching their head on a tea tray with precision.
T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut

Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the iconic T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day. This liquid metal assassin will be a playable character, utilizing its shapeshifting abilities to wield a sharp sword or a machine gun in combat.
Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

Both Madam Bo and T-1000 are part of the Khaos Reigns expansion for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion extends Liu Kang's New Era storyline with a new campaign and cinematic experience, where players will see Liu Kang rally his champions against the menacing Titan Havik, who threatens the stability of the New Era.
The Kombat Pack 2, part of the expansion, introduces several new characters. The pack began rolling out in September 2024 with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax, followed by Ghostface from the Scream series in November, and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will complete the current lineup later this month.
