Mario Kart World: $80 Alone, $50 with Nintendo Switch 2 Bundle

Apr 08,2025 Author: Finn

At today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo officially unveiled the much-anticipated Nintendo Switch 2, set to launch on June 5, 2025. The new console will be available at a retail price of $449.99. For those looking for a more comprehensive package, a bundle including the game Mario Kart World will be offered at $499.99.

For fans eager to get their hands on Mario Kart World without the bundle, the game will be available separately at a recommended retail price of $79.99. This pricing strategy marks a significant jump from the original Switch's game pricing, where only one title, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, was priced at $70. Notably, the newly announced Donkey Kong Bananza will also carry a $70 price tag.
