Marvel Snap starts a new reign of terror with the Dark Avengers season

Marvel Snap embraces the dark side with its new Dark Avengers season! This season features Norman Osborn's villainous team posing as Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Get ready to add Iron Patriot (Norman Osborn), Victoria Hand, Bullseye, Moonstone, and Ares to your roster.

This major update for the popular card battler draws inspiration from Marvel's Dark Reign storyline, the sequel to Civil War. Norman Osborn, after seizing control of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s remnants (renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.), assembles his own Avengers team of disguised villains.

This season introduces these key characters:

• Iron Patriot (Norman Osborn): (Available immediately)
• Victoria Hand: (Available January 7th) Increases the power of cards in your hand.
• Bullseye: (Available January 21st)
• Moonstone: (Available January 14th)
• Ares: (Available January 28th) (Use cautiously near Sentry!)

A new location, Asgard Besieged, depicts Asgard under attack, adding a new strategic element to gameplay.

A Shadowy Lineup

Fans will enjoy the return of some lesser-known characters. Their diverse abilities add exciting strategic options. Norman Osborn, for instance, summons a random 4, 5, or 6-cost card upon being played. If you're winning his location by the next turn, that card's cost is reduced by 4, amplifying your advantage.

Other additions include a new Daken card portraying him as Wolverine, plus various cosmetic items to showcase your villainous side. And making a surprise appearance from Marvel Rivals is Galactus! He joins the Marvel Snap roster this season.
