Wylder is a versatile character, ideal for newcomers. His Sixth Sense passive grants a one-time reprieve from fatal damage. As a generalist, he’s compatible with most martial weapons but doesn’t specialize in any. His preferred weapon is the Greatsword.

The Duchess, a dagger-wielding Nightfarer, thrives on evasion, darting in and out of combat. Her starting weapon’s skill infuses her blade with Magic affinity for bonus damage. High intelligence enables her to wield Glintstone Sorceries, and decent Faith supports Incantations. Seek weapons with Magic or Frost Affinity, or those triggering Frostbite or Blood Loss.

The Raider, with high Strength, wields large or colossal weapons to crush enemies. Despite low FP limiting weapon skill use, his durability prevents staggering, ensuring his attacks land effectively.
