As autumn sets in and the leaves begin to fall, the thrill of the hunt intensifies in Monster Hunter Now with the launch of Season 3: Curse of the Wandering Flames. Mark your calendars for the start of this exciting new season on September 12th, 2024, at 12 AM (UTC).
What’s In Store In Monster Hunter Now Season 3?
Prepare for some thrilling encounters as Season 3 introduces formidable new monsters: Magnamalo, Rajang, and Aknosom. These creatures are not for the faint-hearted and will test even the most seasoned hunters. Once unlocked through urgent quests, these beasts will be roaming the wild, ready for you to challenge them.
Rajang adds an extra layer of excitement with the possibility of appearing in Hunt-a-thons. However, don’t rely on the Monster Tracker to locate him; you'll need sharp instincts and a bit of luck to take him down.
For those who prefer to engage from a distance, the Heavy Bowgun is a new addition that lets you make things go boom. It comes with two types of Special Skills: depending on your choice of Bowgun, you can unleash a barrage of Wyvernheart shots or aim for a devastating Wyvernsnipe shot.
A much-anticipated feature is also making its debut in Monster Hunter Now Season 3—the cooking feature. Get ready to prepare Well-Done Steaks that not only look appetizing but also offer unique in-game effects. Additionally, Season 3 brings new hunter medals, equipment, and skills, including the formidable Hellfire Cloak.
However, some monsters like Radobaan, Banbaro, Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, and others will be taking a temporary break from the field when Season 3 begins. Don’t fret though; they’ll be back once you complete the relevant urgent quests.
From September 2nd to October 6th, make sure to check out the in-game shop for limited-time packs. These include offerings like the Recovery Bargain Pack with extra Potions, the Hunt Support Pack, and more. So, download Monster Hunter Now from the Google Play Store and gear up for the adventure that awaits in Season 3!
