The Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps are exceptionally valuable and highly sought-after unique gloves in Path of Exile 2. Their rarity makes acquiring them a significant challenge for players aiming to optimize their endgame builds for both mapping and boss encounters.
This guide outlines how to obtain this coveted item.
How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible via the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.
Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas to easily find it.
Alternatively, the official Path of Exile 2 trading website offers HoWA, though at a considerable cost; even poorly-rolled versions command numerous Divine Orbs.
Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2
Two methods exist for obtaining a
Breachstone:
- Combine Breach Splinters: Farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas yields
Breach Splinters. While relatively common, accumulating 300 requires extensive Breach farming. Combine 300 splinters to create a Breachstone.
- Currency Exchange: Alva's in-game Currency Exchange allows purchasing both Breach Splinters and Breachstones. Expect to pay approximately 50-60
Exalted Orbs per Breachstone, subject to market fluctuations.
Optimal Hand of Wisdom and Action rolls include at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage per 10 Intelligence, and two rune Socket slots. Achieving this requires using a
Vaal Orb.
Can Orb of Chance Yield Hand of Wisdom and Action?
No. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop exclusive to Xesht, not part of the standard loot pool (unlike Astramentis,
Headhunter, or
Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps will not produce it.
