Springtime may have arrived, but that doesn't mean you should skimp on lazing around in bed - which is why Pokemon Sleep is inviting you to get some well-deserved zzz's with the Good Sleep Day #22 event. Running from May 12th to the 15th, this monthly event encourages you to catch some sleep with a boost to Drowsy Power, all to help you research more sleep styles for your lovely Pokemon.

One of the highlights is the night of the full moon on Day 2, which offers an impressive Drowsy Power ×3, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×3, and bonus sleep points +1,000. Meanwhile, Day 1 and Day 3 will reward you with Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and bonus sleep points +500. During this event, you'll also have higher chances of encountering Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa, making it a perfect time to enjoy a welcome boost to Drowsy Power.

Following closely, Pokémon Growth Week Vol. 5 is set to launch from May 19th to the 26th, offering you a week to earn more Sleep EXP. Across all areas, you'll benefit from special bonuses such as Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×1.5. Additionally, the Candies you obtain from the first sleep research of the day will be multiplied ×1.5, giving you more reasons to participate and enjoy the event.
