Project U: Ubisoft’s Mysterious Co-op Shooter Gets Leaked Intro Video

Ubisoft's unannounced game, Project U, continues to be plagued by leaks. Initial gameplay footage surfaced in 2022 following closed beta testing, and these leaks resurfaced in 2024, hinting at ongoing development. Recently, an introductory cinematic has leaked online, further fueling speculation.

The cinematic's authenticity remains unconfirmed, shared by gaming content leaker Shaun Weber, who suggests more leaks may follow if development continues.

Project U is anticipated to be a session-based cooperative shooter, reportedly inspired by Helldivers 2. The leaked footage depicts an alien invasion of Earth, with players assuming the roles of humanity's defenders against this extraterrestrial threat.

Ubisoft has yet to officially announce Project U or provide a release date.
