ZZZ Cracks the Top 10
Zenless Zone Zero, a free-to-play live-service action RPG, has quickly established itself on PlayStation. Circana's "US Player Engagement Tracker Top 10 Titles" report, released recently, placed ZZZ in the top 10 most popular PlayStation games, alongside established heavyweights like Elden Ring and Minecraft. The ranking is based on weekly user engagement, not playtime.
Launched on July 4th, ZZZ's initial impact was significant. It secured the #12 spot in the PS5 Top 40 most-played games chart during its launch week. Furthermore, PocketGamer.biz reported nearly $52 million in gross mobile player spending ($36.4 million net) within the game's first 11 days, peaking at $7.4 million on July 5th on the App Store and Google Play.
