Upon arriving at your base camp, explore the facilities before starting your next quest. Locate the Support Desk Palico NPC, Conut, and interact with them.
A menu will appear. Select the "Claim Content" option. The game will then verify your eligible bonuses, allowing you to claim each item individually.
