Reverse: 1999 Celebrates Its First Anniversary With Version 1.9 Update ‘Vereinsamt’

It's been a year since Bluepoch Games launched their captivating 20th Century time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, and now they're celebrating their First Anniversary with a bang. The latest update, Version 1.9, titled 'Vereinsamt,' is packed with exciting new content and rewards for players to enjoy.

Vereinsamt Means Lonely In German

As part of the Reverse: 1999 First Anniversary celebration, players can claim Semmelweis, a powerful 6-star character, absolutely free. Just log in during the event period to secure her and 30 free pulls. It's a fantastic opportunity to bolster your team without spending a dime.

Another highlight is Lucy, a 6-star DPS character with a striking robot design inspired by the classic film Metropolis. Despite her robotic appearance, Lucy is an Awakened arcanist with a deep connection to the Watt steam engine prototype. Her passion for advancing scientific development makes her a unique addition to any team. You can find Lucy in the limited banner 'Thoughts in Cylinder.'

Returning characters include Matilda, a 5-star favorite, and Kakania, who made her debut in Version 1.7. Starting October 10th, Kakania will be available again in the 'Observation into the Mirrors' banner. Don't miss the chance to add these characters to your roster. The update introduces a thrilling new rogue-like mode called 'A Series of Dusks,' where players can earn Lorelei, a new 5-star character, along with a host of other rewards. This mode promises to add a fresh layer of excitement to the gameplay experience.

Exciting collaborations are also on the horizon. Discovery will bring new garments for Tooth Fairy and Getian, enhancing their visual appeal. Meanwhile, KOI will collaborate with the game starting in October, offering special limited-edition merchandise that fans won't want to miss.

Version 1.9 introduces the game's first unique garment, 'Take Off! To the Future,' for Regulus. This new look not only changes Regulus's appearance but also adds new Ultimates and other features. Other characters like Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto are also receiving stylish new garments, allowing players to customize their favorite characters even further.
