While Jasmine and Aladdin are stealing the spotlight with the *Disney Dreamlight Valley* Tales of Agrabah update, a new item quietly emerges as a game-changer: the Slow Cooker. Getting your hands on it isn't a walk in the park, though. Let's dive into how to acquire and utilize this invaluable kitchen appliance.

How To Get the Slow Cooker in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Before venturing to Agrabah, pay Tiana a visit! She'll hand you a quest unlocking the Slow Cooker—a magical device letting you cook meals without constant supervision. If you completed the "A Taste for Literature" quest (which unlocked Tiana in 2024), you can accept the "Slow and Steady" quest directly from her.

Tiana will ask you to make Gumbo, a five-star meal. Experienced players likely already have the recipe; if not, consult your recipe book. But before gathering ingredients, you must first craft the Slow Cooker itself.

Crafting the Slow Cooker in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Crafting the Slow Cooker requires some effort. Before heading to your crafting table, gather these essential ingredients:

  • 2 Tinkering Parts
  • 6 Iron Ingots
  • 20 Hardwood
  • 2500 Dreamlight

How To Use the Slow Cooker in Disney Dreamlight Valley

With the Slow Cooker in your inventory, place it somewhere easily accessible. It's far more useful than just for Gumbo! Once positioned, add the Gumbo ingredients:

  • Chili Peppers
  • Okra
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Shrimp

Most ingredients (except Shrimp) are available from Goofy's stalls or grown from seeds. For Shrimp, head to Dazzle Beach and fish for the telltale blue ripples. Cast your line quickly to snag them!

Once you've added everything, select "Make Gumbo" (three portions). It takes about 15 minutes to cook. Use this time to tackle other tasks in Disney Dreamlight Valley, or explore the new Agrabah update features.

And there you have it—how to obtain and use the Slow Cooker in Disney Dreamlight Valley!

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
