Secure the Powerful SEVA-D Armor in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl – A Free Upgrade!
Stalker 2's vendor armor is notoriously expensive, demanding significant upfront costs and hefty upgrade fees. However, players can bypass these expenses by acquiring the exceptional SEVA-D suit, a free, high-performance armor set found in the game's open world. This guide details how to locate and obtain this valuable piece of equipment, complete with PSI protection and other crucial buffs.
Locating the SEVA-D Suit:
The SEVA-D suit is perched atop a building within the "Cage" location, situated in the Cement Factory region of Stalker 2. This area lies north of the Cement Factory base and east of the Slag Heap base. You'll need to navigate a partially constructed building to reach the suit. Be warned: the climb involves precarious concrete beams and a PSI anomaly inflicting damage over time. Carrying ample medkits and utilizing frequent quick saves is strongly recommended to avoid frustrating restarts after falls.
Ascending the Cage Building:
Follow these steps to reach the roof:
- Ascend the initial concrete stairs to the first floor.
- Proceed along the right-hand path, traversing a narrow beam to reach the stairs leading to the second floor.
- On the second floor, jump the gap and follow the narrow right-hand path.
- Cross the beam, jump another gap to a rusted metal platform, and climb the ladders to its top. Use the stacked boxes to access a narrow pathway.
- Carefully navigate the concrete path and beam to the center of the structure.
- Cross the beam with a pole to the right, jumping to the adjacent platform. Use the stairs to reach the third floor.
- Finally, jump the gap, crouch under the beam, and use the stairs to reach the roof.
Retrieving the SEVA-D Suit and its Benefits:
The SEVA-D suit resides in a blue stash at the roof's edge. Remember to collect the limited-edition energy drink and the PDA containing valuable resources located under the table near the stash.
The suit boasts 70% durability, easily repairable by any technician. Its key features include superior PSI and radiation protection, along with excellent physical protection, making it invaluable during combat encounters. To descend safely, jump through the central roof hole, landing on a gravitational anomaly below.
