
GSC Game World has released a massive update for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, addressing over 1,700 issues in version 1.2. This extensive patch tackles numerous aspects of the game, resulting in significant improvements across the board.
Key changes include enhanced NPC behavior, with improved corpse interaction and looting, along with refined shooting mechanics and reactions to stealth. Mutant behavior has also received multiple fixes. Balance adjustments have been made to pistols and suppressors. The update further includes a large number of story mode bug fixes, optimization improvements addressing FPS drops and errors, and several audio enhancements.
