In Tribe Nine, five characters stand out as S-tier, with Tsuruko Semba arguably being the best. As a versatile support character, she not only deals damage but also enhances your team with her ultimate skill, Invigorating Surge, which applies the Turning Tides buff to the entire party while attacking enemies. Her fluid movement makes her an effective damage dealer as well.

Miu Jujo, another S-tier character, excels as an Attacker with her ability to place Luminous Crystals on the battlefield, which inflict damage over time (DoT) to enemies within their radius. Her high speed and powerful ultimate make her an ideal choice for dealing damage while dodging enemy attacks.
