While most materials are readily available in the game world or can be crafted, transitioning a weapon from one Quality to another demands increasingly rare forms of Adra.

You'll find Workbenches at Party Camps, which you can establish at Adra Waystones scattered throughout the world. Once you locate an Adra Waystone, interact with it and choose to set up a Party Camp. These camps will then appear on your map with a tent icon, allowing you to fast travel to them for easy access to your upgrades.

How Weapon and Armor Leveling Works in Avowed
