Beyond the Siren Isle update and the anticipated Season 2 launch in 2025 (bringing new endgame content and story chapters), Patch 11.0.7 introduces crucial story quests. These quests lay the groundwork for Patch 11.1, focusing on the Goblin capital, Undermine, and offer closure to the tragic destruction of Dalaran. Note that the Dalaran Epilogue has a delayed release.
Updated January 7, 2025: The recent campaign quests mark a significant turning point. Dalaran, a long-standing location in Warcraft lore, may never fully recover from the events of The War Within. The Dalaran Epilogue questline provides a fitting conclusion to this pivotal city's story, honoring its past importance in Wrath of the Lich King and Legion.

Unlike the Dalaran Epilogue, the "Lingering Shadows" campaign is immediately accessible. Completion of the leveling or Level 80 campaigns isn't required, though catching up on the story beforehand is recommended to avoid spoilers and enhance understanding.

The Dalaran Epilogue previously had a three-week delay. As of January 7th, 2025, this restriction is lifted. However, you must complete both The War Within leveling campaign and the Level 80 campaign (requiring Renown Four with all four Khaz Algar factions).
To check your progress, visit Foundation Hall (the prologue quest starting point for Patch 11.1). If Khadgar is present (after January 7th), you can receive his quest. Otherwise, you need to finish remaining campaign quests.
