How To Find and Give Weapons to the Earth Sprite in Fortnite

Jan 30,2025 Author: Julian

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, ethereal beings offering players helpful items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, can be found only in the new Chapter 6 map's main Battle Royale mode (including Zero Build and Ranked).

Earth Sprite Locations:

The Earth Sprite boasts nearly two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern (similar to the one pictured above Burd). Crucially, only two Earth Sprites spawn per match, necessitating a search across multiple potential locations.

The image above displays a map highlighting all 22 potential spawn locations. These locations include:

  • North of Flooded Frogs
  • Northeast of Magic Mosses
  • North of Demon's Dojo
  • Southeast of Whiffy Warf
  • Southwest of Flooded Frogs
  • West of Magic Mosses
  • Southeast of Pumped Power
  • Southeast of Twinkle Terrace
  • South of Lost Lake
  • South of Brutal Boxcars
  • East where the green and brown biomes meet
  • Northwest of Shining Span
  • West of Seaport City
  • North of Burd
  • East of Warriors Watch & South of Foxy Floodgate
  • West of Canyon Crossing
  • West of Canyon Crossing (atop the Snowy Mountain)
  • South of the Snowy Mountain
  • Between Masked Meadows and Hopeful Heights
  • Three locations North and Northeast of Hopeful Heights towards Seaport City & Shining Span

Offering Weapons to the Earth Sprite:

Locating the Earth Sprite is the challenge. Once found, simply interact with it (using the interact button). This action transfers your currently held weapon to the Sprite, completing the Week 1 Quest and awarding 25,000 XP. Your weapon is lost in the exchange but replaced with a random Legendary-rarity weapon, offering a significant in-game advantage.

Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
