在《游戏王：决斗链接》直播中，官方宣布游戏最新更新将加入来自《游戏王Go Rush!!》动画系列的尤迪亚斯·维尔吉尔以及与其相关的全新卡牌。此外，游戏还将推出Go Rush!!主题地图和单人模式对手。与动画系列一样，此更新将加入动画系列中出现的融合卡，该卡将场上两张正面表示的怪兽送入墓地作为素材来融合召唤特定卡牌。最后，游戏将在即将到来的更新中加入两个新的卡包和构筑卡组。
