This app puts your brain to the test by showcasing the Stroop Effect. It highlights the fascinating conflict between our visual processing (seeing the color) and cognitive processing (reading the word) of color. The Stroop test challenges the brain's speed and accuracy.

Neuroscientifically, this stems from the faster signal transmission of the optic nerves compared to the rational mind's processing time. Under time pressure, this difference creates a compelling urge to choose the incorrect answer, demanding conscious effort, focus, and speed to overcome.

How to Play:

1. Choose one of two modes: "Get Meaning, Put Color" (default) or "Get Color, Put Meaning".
2. Respond to each color word by selecting the button matching the word's meaning (Mode 1) or the button displaying the word's color (Mode 2).
3. Aim for maximum correct answers.
4. Once you master accuracy, focus on improving your speed.
