Chapter 2: Part 1 introduces significant changes: The depiction of the initial scene has been significantly altered, concluding with the main character rendered unconscious. No further sexual content follows this event. Sound management has been improved, allowing players to adjust audio levels via the "Movie Volume" setting in Preferences. The Good/Bad/True ending system has been removed, offering greater freedom in character choices. However, bonus character scenes are no longer unlockable.
