Also called Noughts and Crosses or Three in a Row, Tic-Tac-Toe is a classic pencil-and-paper game for two players. Players take turns marking spaces on a 3x3 grid. The first to get three of their symbols in a row—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally—wins!
This version allows a maximum of three chips per player. Once all chips are placed, players must strategically reposition their existing chips to achieve three in a row.
