c) a back-office application for administering the entire service. This back-office interface provides extensive controls for managing users, vehicles, tariff models, and policy parameters. Finally,

d) a mobile app for the end user. Featuring an extremely simple and intuitive user interface, the app allows customers to complete a vehicle booking in just three clicks.
