The tool allows quick and easy sharing of the recorded content directly from the app with insurers and vehicle owners for swift approval. While recording, assessors can tap the screen to mark and capture still images of key areas without pausing the video. After recording, there is an option to take additional, detailed photographs that are automatically linked to the video file. Users can input recipient details, who then receive an email or SMS notification containing a short, mobile-friendly web link to review and approve the work immediately, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates the approval workflow, boosts profitability through increased retail upselling opportunities, and creates a clear, indisputable record of the vehicle's condition. It is approved for use by major insurers such as Admiral and Aviva.
