Land vehicle performance simulation tool.

MotorSim 2 is a specialized application for calculating land vehicle acceleration performance through physics simulation (note: this is not a driving game, but an analytical tool for straight-line acceleration).

The app lets users configure technical specifications and simulates resulting performance. Features include an interactive simulator with speed/RPM gauges, throttle/brake controls, manual/automatic transmission, procedural engine sound generation, and 1/4 mile track visualization. Users can save performance profiles as ghost data for comparative analysis between different configurations.

Adjustable vehicle parameters include:

- Peak power output

- Customizable power curve (editable point-by-point)

- Derived torque characteristics (automatically calculated from power curve)

- Engine RPM limit (cutoff threshold)

- Transmission setup (supports up to 10 gears)

- Resistance coefficients (aerodynamic drag and rolling resistance)

- Total vehicle mass

- Wheel/tire dimensions

- Gearshift duration

- Drivetrain efficiency

Performance metrics include:

- Top speed capability

- Acceleration times (0-60, 0-100, 0-200 mph, etc.)

- All measurable parameters available through the interactive simulator
