Apple Arcade set to add three new major titles in upcoming update

Dec 30,2024 Author: Thomas

Apple Arcade's August update is smaller than usual, but packs a punch with three significant new games, including one designed for Apple Vision Pro.

Leading the charge is Vampire Survivors+, a highly acclaimed bullet-hell game that redefined the genre. Launching August 1st, it promises an enhanced mobile experience, building on the success of its predecessors.

Also arriving August 1st is Temple Run: Legends. This iconic endless runner gets a major upgrade with a structured progression system, engaging storyline, and diverse playable characters. Expect over 500 levels alongside the classic endless mode.

ytRounding out the trio is an update to the existing Castle Crumble. This version, however, is specifically tailored for Apple Vision Pro, offering a spatial, immersive experience that brings the physics-based destruction directly into your field of vision.

A Strong Showing for Apple Arcade

While not a massive update in terms of sheer quantity, this month's additions to Apple Arcade offer significant quality. A BAFTA award-winning game, a reinvented classic, and augmented reality gaming for Vision Pro users make this a compelling update.
