The credits don't necessarily signal the true ending. Completing Yasuke and Naoe's personal journeys along with the Shinbakufu Objective Board triggered my playthrough's credits, yet Act 3 and the Epilogue trophies remained locked. To experience the complete conclusion, finish Junjiro's narrative alongside both protagonists' stories, then return to the Hideout for a crucial conversation with Tomiko.
