Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update
May 13,2025Author: Madison
Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update—the 'Trans Edition.' Mecha Weka, the game's developers, have packed this update with an array of new content that enhances both the single-player and multiplayer experiences.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
The 'Trans Edition' introduces three new cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, which are set to shake up the battlefield. Accompanying these are two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, and two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, adding depth to your strategic options.
Existing cruisers are not left behind, as they receive new customization options through three innovative bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler. This allows players to personalize their fleet like never before.
The update also brings new cruiser choices for Skirmishes—Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime. PvP matches now feature a countdown at the start, and aircraft trails have been updated to match player colors, enhancing the visual experience.
Balancing changes have been implemented across the board. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate, which has increased from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health, which has risen from 4000 to 4200. Conversely, the ShipTurret’s damage has been boosted from 40 to 60, but its range has been reduced from 19 to 16.
Visually, Battlecruisers now boasts underwater transparency, allowing players to savor the sight of their vanquished foes' wreckage. The sea's shading has been enhanced, and the depiction of cruiser and ship destruction is more spectacular than ever.
