For those unfamiliar, The Sound of Your Heart, created by Jo Seok, is a long-running webtoon (since 2006) featuring the creator's comedic misadventures and eccentric family. Boasting over 7 billion views and a Netflix adaptation, it's a comedic phenomenon.
The Crossover: Boomerang RPG Meets The Sound of Your Heart
This collaboration brings Jo Seok and his memorable cast to Boomerang RPG. Expect to encounter Jo Seok himself, his formidable wife Aebong (known for her spirited reactions), his lovable father-in-law Jjaeddanyo, and Buuk Suh, Jo Seok's friend with unique health-related abilities.
The event tasks players with rescuing Aebong, Jjaeddanyo, and Buuk Suh from a dungeon. Successfully completing the dungeon unlocks them as playable characters. However, be prepared for a final showdown against Dark Aebong, Aebong's mischievous alter-ego, whose animations are directly inspired by the webcomic. Witness her hilarious wrath firsthand!

Players can acquire these new characters for free via a 21-day attendance event. The crossover also introduces limited-edition boomerangs, including a drumstick, golf club, hair dryer, and even a stylus! A Token Event allows players to collect themed tokens (kimchi, tomato, noodles, chicken) and exchange them for unique magical effects or legendary boomerangs.
