Civilization VII Release Date Imminent

Firaxis Games and 2K have announced that the highly anticipated turn-based strategy game, Sid Meier's Civilization VII, has reached its gold master status. This milestone signifies the completion of primary development, virtually guaranteeing the game's timely release on February 11th. The game boasts Steam Deck verification and will be available across all major platforms.

Civilization VII introduces several key improvements for veteran players. A notable addition is the new Legend system, rewarding players for completing campaigns. This innovative feature aims to encourage campaign completion, a goal often unmet due to the series' extensive playtime.

While a niche genre, Sid Meier's Civilization VII is among the year's most eagerly awaited titles, though its pre-release buzz doesn't quite match the astronomical hype surrounding Grand Theft Auto VI. The game is priced at the standard $70, and pre-orders are currently open.
